Sensei Jean Vega is a fully qualified Personal Trainer holding both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness. He brings the same discipline, structure, and precision that defines his martial arts career to every Core Training session. With decades of experience working with people of all fitness levels and abilities, he designs every session to challenge you appropriately — always pushing you forward at a pace that is right for you.
