Sendai's Core Training & Fitness program is built around high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning, mobility work, and functional fitness designed to improve real performance — not just appearance. Every session is structured, purposeful, challenging, and scalable to all fitness levels.

Whether you are brand new to training or an experienced athlete, our adult-only sessions provide a focused and motivating environment free from distractions. Through a combination of strength work, conditioning circuits, explosive movements, endurance training, and mobility exercises, you'll build a stronger, fitter, and more capable body that carries into every aspect of daily life.

Bag Work & Flexibility

Strike training on heavy bags combined with structured flexibility and mobility work. Develop powerful, coordinated striking technique while improving your range of motion — essential for both fitness and long-term joint health.

Minutes 1–10

Warm-Up & Mobility

Dynamic stretching and joint mobility to prepare the body for intense work. This phase reduces injury risk and builds the flexibility that carries over into daily movement.

Minutes 10–25

Strength & Conditioning Block

Structured resistance and bodyweight exercises targeting functional muscle groups. Sensei Vega programmes these with deliberate progression so you're always moving forward.

Minutes 25–45

Circuit or HIIT Main Set

The heart of the session. Rotating stations or timed intervals combining bag work, cardio-based movements, and combat-fitness drills. This is where your fitness is forged.

Cool-Down & Flexibility

Guided static stretching and breathing to bring the body down, improve flexibility over time, and support recovery so you can train consistently.

Certificate III & IV in Fitness — Registered Personal Trainer

Sensei Jean Vega is a fully qualified Personal Trainer holding both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness. He brings the same discipline, structure, and precision that defines his martial arts career to every Core Training session. With decades of experience working with people of all fitness levels and abilities, he designs every session to challenge you appropriately — always pushing you forward at a pace that is right for you.
