Sendai's Group Fitness (Core Training) program is a high-energy, coach-led training system built around functional strength, conditioning, HIIT, mobility, bag work and endurance. Inspired by the best elements of modern functional fitness, circuit training and race-style conditioning, every session is structured, purposeful, challenging and scalable to all fitness levels.
Whether you are brand new to fitness or already training regularly, these adult-only sessions give you a focused, motivating environment where you can train hard, move well and improve week by week. The program is currently available at our Carrum Downs dojo only, using a blend of strength stations, timed intervals, cardio conditioning, combat-fitness drills and mobility work to build a stronger, fitter and more capable body.

Sensei Jean Vega is a fully qualified Personal Trainer holding both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness. He brings the same discipline, structure and attention to detail that defines his martial arts career to every Group Fitness session. With decades of experience coaching people of all levels and abilities, he designs each class to challenge you appropriately — pushing you forward while keeping the training safe, purposeful and achievable.
